- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size bed
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Size bed
Arrival/departure times :
- Arrival from 4pm – departure no later than 10am
- Except with the owners’ agreement in low and mid-season
Length of stay :
- All year round : 2 nights minimum
- June, September and school holidays : 4 nights minimum
- July and August : 7 nights minimum
Booking conditions and cancellation :
- Booking confirmed after payment
- Free cancellation within 48 hours
- 50% refund up to 1 month before stay
Tourist tax :
- 1.65 € per night per adult
- Free for children under 18
Cleaning charge :
- A cleaning fee of €80 is charged for all stays.
- It includes end-of-stay cleaning, household linen (sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels) and beds made up on arrival.
Parking :
- Uncovered parking for 2 cars is available on the property.
